K Technology Corp. | Electronics R&D for Automotive, Medical, Communications
We leverage our expertise in SMT (Surface Mount Technology), a core technology in electronics, to support our customers’ businesses across diverse fields such as automotive, medical, communication, and industrial equipment, where high performance and quality are required, delivering both reliability and technical excellence.
We operate nine in-house SMT lines, fully equipped with solder paste printers, high-precision mounters, reflow ovens, and 3D-AOI inspection systems. From tiny 0402 chip components to BGA, QFN bottom-terminated packages, high-layer boards, and large-size boards, we handle all categories of small, high-density, and large components.
For products requiring high-density placement and thermal management, such as precision boards used in automotive, communication, and medical devices, we establish optimal temperature profiles and mounting conditions to achieve stable mounting quality.
Analyzes solder height, component height, area, and misalignment in three dimensions, automatically detecting even minor mounting defects.
Allows non-destructive inspection of internal solder joints for components such as BGAs, which cannot be visually inspected.
Logs and stores component lot numbers, manufacturing conditions, and inspection results, enabling rapid response in the event of quality issues.
Since our predecessor factory’s establishment in 1963, we have provided electronics manufacturing services in fields demanding stringent quality and reliability, including automotive, medical, communication, and industrial equipment.
We firmly believe that rigorous focus on precision, quality, and productivity in every assembly process enhances product value, and we work diligently to uphold these standards.
We promote multi-skilled workers and adopt a cell production system, improving operator understanding and accountability, reducing quality variability, and achieving exceptional flexibility and consistent quality for High-Mix, Low-Volume (HMLV) Manufacturing or products with frequent process changes.
For High-Volume Manufacturing, we use conveyor-based lines, optimizing human resources and automation to balance productivity and quality. Combined with the cell system, we can implement the most suitable production system for each product.
We implement zoning for each product specification, preventing contamination in medical and precision devices. Our Class 10,000 cleanroom (ISO 14644-1 Class 7 equivalent, *Measured Approx. 1000) ensures high cleanliness for precision component assembly and final processes.
We operate under a quality management system compliant with IATF 16949, ensuring long-term reliability and safety. We also have extensive experience developing and manufacturing automotive ECUs and various control modules.
Even slight errors or contamination can pose critical risks in medical applications. Under a strict ISO 13485-compliant quality management system, we manufacture medical sensors, diagnostic devices, wearable devices, as well as healthcare and aesthetic devices.
We guarantee stable operation of communication devices through high/low-temperature testing and process design tailored to product requirements, supporting High-Mix, Low-Volume (HMLV) Manufacturing with flexible process management.
We handle production from small-lot to mass production and adapt flexibly to short lead-time orders. We also ship board-only products and integrate multiple processes such as flow soldering (DIP), ICT, bonding, and moisture-resistant coatings.
Our manufacturing services fulfill our responsibility as a “reliable development partner” that supports our customers’ product value. From prototyping and evaluation to mass production transition and ongoing improvement support, we build sustainable partnerships, realizing and delivering future manufacturing together with our clients. As precision assembly professionals, we continually pursue product value that exceeds customer and market expectations.
